Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for provincial areas.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas nationwide.

Are DVL® products made of genuine leather?

DVL® specializes in high-quality vegan leather, designed to provide a premium look and durability while remaining cruelty-free.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier's portal.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, DVL® Official Shop ships exclusively within the Philippines. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers soon.
